We accept payment by any bank cards using the stripe payment system.
Our company has a legal entity in the USA in order to be closer to our customers. But we deliver goods from other countries.

All our prices in USD.

Please contact us immediately if you’ve entered the wrong delivery address during checkout. If we have not shipped your product yet, we will cancel your order then you can reorder again with the correct address.

Immediate Payment is required after purchase.

SHIPPING

We ship items by EMS international company, DHL or other post services. You can choose what is more profitable for you – low cost or speed of delivery. The fastest and safest way – DHL

Delivery cost is calculated automatically when placing an order and depends on the weight of the goods and destination. We try to minimize your shipping costs!

Tracking information, if obtainable, will be emailed to the customer when a package leaves our shop (we will add information to track your package on your order page on this website).

International shipments can be delayed due to Customs which are beyond the control of Monsterservice Team. This is completely uncharacteristic of the USA and absolutely characteristic of European countries.

We ship all orders to the address specified during checkout as the “shipping address”. Please use a real deliverable address. Monsterservice Team will not be held responsible for the loss of a package due to inaccuracies in the “shipping address”. Money paid for undeliverable packages returned to MonsterserviceTeam will be refunded to the customer with withhold shipping charges.

Shipping times estimated and cannot be guaranteed it doesn’t depend on us.

Any duties, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your country’s Customs and Tariff Policies before placing an order.

Items currently not in stock will ship as soon as they become available. Production period can take several weeks. Exact production period would be acquired from sales manager. Updates on availability will be emailed when possible to the customer. Some items may remain on hold longer than originally quoted. Back-orders may be canceled for a full refund before they ship.

We will provide tracking numbers for each box. You’ll get them after sending your order.

Occasionally, damage may still occur in transit. Please inspect your package immediately prior to accepting delivery. Evidence of damages and/or breakage of packaging or goods must be reported to Monsterservice Team and shipping carrier immediately. If damage is observed, refuse the package and “return to sender”.

You can always inquire for items to be in stock or not especially before purchasing fiberglass or carbon items.

If damage of the goods is detected after the acceptance of the parcel from delivery company and it is clear that goods were damaged in transit (due to pressing, smashing, piercing or other force), MonsterserviceTeam will not bear any responsibility for this and will not compensate any loss incurred during this transaction as well as costs for the product and delivery.

If you received a wrong item, contact Monsterservice Team at Monsterservice.pro within 5 business days from the date of receipt to obtain a valid return merchandise authorization. Replacements will be sent once the wrong item has been received and confirmed by MonsterserviceTeam.

RETURNS

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.

Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Defective or Incorrect items are eligible for an exchange or refund, when the return has been inspected and approved.

All items returned must contain all original packaging materials to qualify for inspection.

No returns will be accepted for products that have been installed or modified in any way.

If damage or loss of the goods is detected after the acceptance of the parcel from delivery company and it is clear that goods were damaged in transit (due to pressing, smashing, piercing or other force), Monsterservice Team will not bear any responsibility for this and will not compensate any loss incurred during this transaction as well as costs for the product and delivery.

Returns on “new” merchandise for exchange or refund will be allowed within 30 days from the date of shipment. “New” merchandise shall not bear signs of usage or damage from installation or mounting. If you have installed or modified parts in any way, you automatically lose your right to returns, refunds or exchanges.

All returned items will be inspected upon return to Monsterservice Team for return eligibility.

Returns must be shipped prepaid by the customers.

Please maintain all shipping and tracking information until your return is processed. Monsterservice Team is not responsible for items lost in shipment. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please include a copy of your original invoice and contact information with all returns. Eligible returns will be exchanged or refunded less a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be done via PayPal or via bank card from which the payment was performed.

Purchases may be cancelled for a full refund before the package is shipped. Please contact Monsterservice Team immediately at monsterservice.pro to stop the processing of an order. Once cancellation is confirmed, a refund is realized.

Orders already shipped from the Monsterservice Team facility cannot be cancelled and will fall under the guidelines for the “new” merchandise return.

Special order or customized items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the proper size and application of all parts before installation.
