If you want to cancel the order for some reason, contact us and we will make a refund. If you will do this after sending your order, we will have to refuse. In this case, you can receive a refund only after we receive our parcel back. Delivery in this case is paid at your expense.

If you received a damaged parcel, do not pick it up, please say that it is damaged, send it back. We will receive it and will ship you a new item. If you for some reason took away the damaged parcel and found the damaged goods, we can help you with the repair, explain how to do it (it is not difficult). If you want to receive a refund or partial redemption, you must send the parcel back at your own expense and we will send you a new product without any problems. For any questions you can contact us and we will try to help you.

Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, order number, and reason for return should be included in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.

Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 1 week after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received.

Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested and a new replacement will be shipped to the buyer immediately when found defective. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.
